That is a kewl radio from the mid seventies .. as a dealer back then, I sold
several, had one for a short time .. but no SSB this area then .. so ...
but, the model was very problem prone. And, if the wrong electronic
component was the culprit, it became a swell parts rig. Try loosening and
tightening the chassis/board screws, as Dave correctly remembered .. be sure
to take the power plug out first ..
