[Icom] IC-765 tuning noise

As Bill suggested, this is a great place to start. Some people have also
added additional bonding wires or straps between the Display Unit PCB and
the chassis on various older ICOM rigs, not specifically the 765, that help
with annoying Display Unit hash.
