There is a detailed discussion of IC-756Pro/ProII occupied bandwidth here,
including measurement results and a note on the difference in frequency
response between the MIC socket and ACC1:

The bottom line is that In the WIDE setting, ACC1 Pin 4 yields 90 Hz to
approx. 2.9 kHz, while the mic input provides 150 Hz to approx. 2.9 kHz. The
audio-response limits are hard-coded in the 756Pro/Pro II firmware.
