Barry,
were you expecting to take your radios to Pelican and they would build you
custom cases to fit? If so, you are sadly mistaken. Pelican brand cases are a
very good choice however, they do not cater to such custom needs unless you are

buying hundreds and willing to pay engineering fees in the thousands.

Instead, they offer (thru dealers) a wide variety of molded cases with and
without precut open cell foam. You will likely be looking at their 1550 or
larger cases with pick-and-pluck foam. Once you receive your cases then it will

be up to you to pick and pluck a shape out of the middle of the foam that
resembles your radio. Once done you can insert the radio, close the case and be

on your way.

A few tips;
best pricing on Pelican cases is at either http://www.cases4less.com/ or
http://www.casesbypelican.com/. Their prices are about the same and their
delivery is equally quick. You pick the model and color you want, order by
Internet or phone with a credit card and you'll have your cases in a few days.

When you put a radio in one of these be sure to first cover the radio in a
clean
plastic bag such as the one it probably came in when the radio was new. This
will help prevent any sticking of the foam to the radio in the event of high
heat and/or humidity. The foam has a tendency to do that.

Needless to say I am intimately familiar with such cases and their uses so I
hope you find all this helpful.
73,
Gary
