[Icom] K1EA keying of Icom 751A.

Operator error on a radio I use every five years whether I need to or not.
Keying cables fine.  Setting of controls on radio were the problem.  I am
used to having a paddle input and a manual keyer input on a radio. The 751A
has one input for both and that was the problem.
