Raul, the CT-17 is insensitive to data rate or speed. It will work at
whatever rate you set your computer and radio for. I operate my PRO2 at
19,200 bps for example, using MixW and the CT-17 as the interface to the
radio..

The CT-17 is merely a level-changer - it has no data rate functions or
capabilities.'
