OK... I definitely won't buy any more...

It's much better here in Canada... Usually get a live person right away
and parts are usually shipped promptly...

Mind you, one time a part for an older radio was back-ordered... Finally
showed up 9 months later, no-charge, with a letter of apology... I
forgave them... (I had found the part elsewhere in the meantime)...
