[Icom] PW-1 CI-V commands

Agreed. But I have builded Band Decoder which can communicate with PW1 and
allow automaticaly switch bands through CI-V from any supported transceiver,
not only from Icom. If exist a way, to control antenna and input switch via
CI-V (may be it was implemented for service) I can do this from Band
Decoder.
