[Icom] IC-706MKIIG out of ham bands warranty.

Does anyone know for sure if
ICOM covers the warranty on a brand new IC-706MKIIG
when it has been open to work out of ham bands?

Also applies for AT-180 .
Is it covered with factory warranty if used out of ham bands ?


I'll appreciate if anyone can make a comment on this subject.
