[Icom] Reduced power danger at 60 meters

My take on my 756ProII is that the loss is in
the filters, and the subsequent mismatch with
the finals.  No way I would run the power control
knob up unless I know more about it.

P.S.  Mine drops off to about 5 or 10 watts out
at about 5.7 MHz.
