[Icom] Reduced power danger at 60 meters

Just a thought and caution on those rigs that operate with reduced power on
60 meters-- If the rig is actually operating on less power, its worth a try,
BUT, if collector current of the finals does not drop accordingly, then the
filter is disapating the power--much more than it is designed to handle.
Test: At 50 watts out (or whatever power it runs on 60 meters), measure the
current it draws. Go down to 75 meters and set rig for the same power
output. Rig should draw the same current as on 60 meters. If it draws much
less on 75, then you stand a good chance of ruining an internal filter. Test
