[Icom] 756Pro Used Market Value

Just curious why the value of the756Pro seems to be dropping like a rock and
why so many are selling their 756pro (not the II).  Is it simply the want to
upgrade to the proII or another rig or are there problems out there.

I'm just curious as I really like my 756.  I did try to sell mine as I
thought I may get out of the hobby for a while due to antenna restrictions,
I decided against it as I didn't want to lose that much.
