[Icom] Ceramic trimmers for 735

Hello group

Need help in obtaining ceramic trimer equivalents of
capacitors C37, C45, C52, C59 and C138 of the IC735.
(these are trimmer caps in VCO/PLL)I am encountering
the usual known problem of broken audio / no tx/rx
which calls for this replacement. Where do i get these
trimmers? What values are these?
