[Icom] Icom 781 vs Icom 756PRO II

I thought you made some very interesting points Adam.  Although I don't
necessarily think the forthcoming IC 7800 should seriously impact sales
of the 756 Pro II because of the price differential, among other
reasons, I do think it should impact sales of used 781s.  Given the
potential pitfalls you pointed out of 781 ownership now, and given the
features and specs of the new radio, I would find it very difficult to
justify paying anything close to $3000 for a used 781 now.
