[Icom] Key line

I know that this was talked about in the past. I need to know how to =
wire a keying line from my IC706MKll to a heathkit SB220 for 6 meters. =
This is what we are going to use in 7P8 for 6 meters. Any help is =
greatly appreciated I need to build this up in the next 2 days as we =
leave on the 14th and hope to be on the air on the 18th.
