[Icom] IC-PW1 Help

Hi,
I asked this once before with no response, so I will rephrase it and try
again.
Below is a quote from Page 10 (Bottom  right) of PW1 manual, under
separating the remote controller.

"Plug the other longer end (from the bushing) of the
separation cable into J10 on the JACK unit through
the cable hole. Connect the grounding wire as
shown below. Connect the control cable to J11."

I do not understand the sentence "Connect the grounding wire as
shown below".  There is no grounding wire on the cable, and I don't see
anything in the illustration below the shows a grounding wire.

How did the rest of you handle this?

For now, I'm disregarding it, somewhat uneasily.
