[Icom] Icom re-packs?

Two weeks ago I ordered a repack 746PRO from a very reputable dealer.  Took
it out of the box and the main tuning knob was about to fall off.  Sent it
back, added a couple hundred dollars and my "new" rig should be arriving
today.  The repack had a 1 year waranty but didn't want to mess with the
hassle off starting off with damaged goods.   73, Wendell N5WC
