[Icom] Automotive noise in new(er) SUVs

For what it's worth, the noise in my 2001 Toyota Tacoma is so bad it makes
using the '706 virtually impossible on HF.  No noise at all on VHF/UHF.
Solid S-7 across the HF spectrum.  Not igfnition related but a solid hash.
I have tried everything I can think of and many things others have thought
of and have yet to solve that problem.  I've been told to get rid of the
truck.  Sounding like a better idea all the time.
