[Icom] IC-PW1 ten meter mod

Ken, when I called, they said they could only fax to your dealer.  I have
some photos of my mod I can send you.  You just remove one diode, but you
have to be very careful that you remove the right one - It wouldn't be too
hard to get the wrong one.
