Update for anyone that cares. I asked for help in this group with my no
power output problem (on all bands) before Christmas.
Radio sent to Icom, Bellevue, Wa. just after Christmas asking them to repair
the output and intermittent display problem. I just received it back today.
Pretty fast considering the time of year.
Service Work:
Shorted Diode and transistor on tuner control unit found and replaced.
2 Blown transistors for PA drivers found and replaced.
Bad/intermittent transistor in backlight control circuit found and replaced.
Performance Test and adjust.

Parts: 73.70
Labor: 75.00
For me this was a great deal and well worth the money. One hour labor was
better than I could have done by a long shot. They even provided me the
xmit power and receiver sensibility readings after adjustment.
