[Icom] IC-756 generates carrier internally (?!)

	This morning my IC-756 (original, not PRO/P2) developed a solid carrier at
14016.28 ... I'd give it a 579 at least. It's apparently generated in the
radio ... switching antennas with an RCS-8 and switching the radios
ANT1/ANT2 with ANT1 being open, it stays the same.

	There's no opposite sideband to it; I hear it only on CW position, nil on
CW-R. Normal signals, of course, I copy on both sidebands. But the carrier
is on the opposite sideband to signals as normally received in the CW
position on 20m. A second carrier, on the opposite sideband, is now at
14012.68.

	The  PREAMP doesn't change it (except to bring noise up, and degrade S/N);
ATTENUATOR doesn't seem to have any effect. I find nothing like this on any
other band.

	Any ideas? (Alien visitation doesn't count, and I took all my proper meds
this morning.)
