[Icom] PRO 2 Display

The first time I noticed the display problem with the 746 was when I had it
on and experienced a power blackout at my house. The power supply went out
and since I couldn't turn the 746 on to shut it off, I simply toggled the
P/S switch. A couple of days later when I turned the P/S on and noticed the
display problem. I was able to repeat the problem a few more times (but not
100% regularly) with the conditions described earlier. After that, I just
made sure I kept the backlight at 100% and always turned the power off with
the 746 power switch before switching the P/S off. This was only my
experience with the 746 and may or may not be symptomatic of the 756's.
