[Icom] IC-746 with PSK 31

Been using the 746 on PSK 31 for a couple of years. I run the ACC output 
into the sound card and use a Rig Blaster going the other way. My old 
computer had a line input and I ran the lead right into the sound card. My 
new machine only has a mike input so I had to put a pot in the line to 
lower the level. Works great.
