[Icom] 706MKiiG HF/6 SWR & PWR issue

Hi all,
First off, let me state I have reviewed the archives prior to making
this post. 

I have a "g" in which the internal meter on the radio is showing a high
SWR and the radio is reducing the output power. Does the same thing on a
dummy load. External meters shows the loads being transmitted into to be
good matches. (dummy load, KB6KQ Halo, Cushcraft A50-5S). 

On 2M/70cm the radio works as it should.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this issue?
