[Icom] IC-718 CAT control for transmit/receive

Can anyone confirm for me whether the IC-718 CAT control set includes the 
ability to switch from receive to transmit. I am setting up my IC-718 to be 
dedicated to PSK31 to take over from the IC-746. As far as I can tell, the 
IC-746 does offer such a feature. Is this just something they left off the 
IC-718?
