[Icom] UT-102 not working correctly

Press and hold the lock button for 2 seconds and the 706 will report 
frequency and mode.  If S-LVL SPCH is turned on in the set-up menu it will 
also announce the S-meter reading.

This is only documented on page 2 of the manual under the lock button. 
Don't feel bad, I had to search for it also when I installed a UT-102 in my 
706.
