[Icom] Power drawn by 706MKII

I have 2  Icom 706's mobile and found out that they want the FULL voltage
required to function correctly.
I found a add in World Radio for a Gadget called "Electronic Battery
Booster".
It is built by a fellow in Ariz.
His Web site is members.cox.net/w4rry
It gives your radio 13.5 volts  with just 11 volts supplied to it..
He makes 2 models one for 23 amps and another for 30 amps.
I have no relation to this business.
I bought the 30 amp model and it works just great.
Use it in my truck and in my travel trailer.
