[Icom] BP-8 question

I've bought after market BP-8 batteries, so these batteries never came
with an ICOM instruction sheet.

Can anyone tell me the specs on the two power jacks on the battery?

One is a 13.8 VDC input, that I will assume will allow operation of the
radio from a typical vehicle battery source and charge the battery as well.
Let me know if I am wrong on this assumption.

The second jack is simply marked as "WALL CHARGER." Does the
ICOM spec sheet indicate the voltage the battery pack normally operates with, and
is it AC or DC from the wall charger. If this jack will allow charging of the
battery, a simply wall wart power supply would be a lot nicer for travel, than
the larger BC-30.

Thanks,
