[Icom] IC-761 Lamps

I would like to buy lamps for my IC-761.  It sounds like using RS =
272-1141A have an early failure.  I'm new to this net.  Would someone =
explain Lamp issue to me.  I'm assuming Icom has a problem supplying =
lamps.
