[Icom] IC-706 Mk2G Civil Services Operation

Our Hamnet operation has an IC-706 Mk2G which must be modified to operate on
the local rescue services network.  Hamnet was unsuccessful at locating the
information on the Internet.  I believe they already looked at www.mods.dk.

The radio was sourced in the USA.

*  Are there any differences between USA and European models,
   other than the firmware?
*  What modification is required?
*  Or, can someone direct me to a website?
