What I have found so far.

The RF out adjust post on the main board does not have any effect on the PO

I checked the idle current on the drivers and they were set to almost 500
MA, and they should be at 100 MA per the service manual. As I lower the
current the PO drops to 0 at 240 MA and it will not adjust any lower.

The finals are not running hot at all and there is 13.8 VDC to them. I am
still checking...

This will be a learning experience

Hi,
Do you have enough drive? If finals are bad, it'll get unusually hot.
Using dummy load for testing?
In the case of 765 I have, there is a pot on the logic board which can
adjust the o/p level.
