[Icom] AH-4 with ladder feeders page

I can't get that page to load properly.
It keeps jumping to an ad for their "universal interface."

Am I missing something here?

The site does show it being used with ladder line on another page,
but I still don't know how it works with the IC-746.

Is there anyone else on the list that knows a way to make the 746 simply work with 
the AH-4?
