[Icom] AH-4 with ladder feeders page

Great - thanks Jeff. 

Yes, I will be using open wire feeders on mine very soon.

Right now I just have a sort of random wire.

Now I just hope the author of that page,  or someone will know how to use the AH4 
with an IC746!
