As I recall, the FRB-757 has color coded leads so it is plug 'n play with
Yaesu stuff.
To use with ICOM, you will need the switched voltage that keys it. I think
it was printed on the FRB-757. Mine is dangling behind the 1000D, but have
not had to look at it in years.
