[Icom] IC-735 & Heathkit SB-220

I have recently gotten my IC-735 and Heathkit SB-220 back from the amateur
I sold it to after it was gone for 10 years ( bad divorce  hi hi).  I also
got my Yeasu FRB-757 relay used to key the amplifier from the 735.  I
cannot for the life of me remember how to hook the FRB-757 between the 735
and the SB 220.  The guy had removed the cable from the radio and amp ( he
never used the amp ).  So I am at a loss.  Can anybody help me with this?
