[Icom] Need IC-738 manual / filters

There is a detailed specs listing for the IC-738.  It lists the following
filter options for the rig:

FL-52A/Fl-53A/FL-100/FL-101 CW NARROW FILTERS:
455 kHz: FL-52A (500 Hz/-6 dB); FL-53A (250 Hz/-6 dB)
9.0106 MHz: FL-100 (500 Hz/-6 dB); FL-101 (250 Hz/-6 dB)
