[Icom] Need IC-738 manual / filters

I can't seem to find a manual for this rig I got from Ebay.  Works great but need to know what filters are available for it (seems most clowns on Ebay robs the filters out of their rigs).  Some guys are wanting $30 and shipping to photo copy their manuals.....that is nuts.  It is not a money issue....just priciple.  I have looked without success for a download for this....does it exist and if not...anyone got one (or copy) for reasonable price?  Thanks....Steve....W9SN
