[Icom] Wanted: 765 cw keyer IC

Before I call Icom parts monday morning, I thought I'd throw this
out on the list -  I'm needing the cw keyer ic for a 765 - NEC part #
D7564CS031.  I know this is most likely a specialty part available
only from Icom,  but if anyone has one (or the whole 765 keyer board
from a scrap unit, for that matter),  let me know.
