It possible when I was in Japan I could buy a new pw1 for 3300.00 from a 
dealer in Japan. So I know there some mark up left. The early pw1 would not 
turn the tuner on in the amp. Meaning if you hit the power switch on your 756 
Pro II it also turns the tuner on the pw1 without powering up the amp. early 
pw1 did not do this and I have seen them sell for 3000 . They cannot be retro 
fitted but at 3280 for a new one you gotta check it out.
