[Icom] Comments on 756 pro 2

I'm thinking of buying the ic-756pro 2 unit. I was told I need to buy a separate power supply and antenna tuner, is this true.  I would like to know the pros and cons of this rig before I buy it. I will be using it only for local and dx rag chewing... No contesting. Thanks
