[Icom] PW-1, 756pro, 738 problems....

I'm a little late on this thread but isn't there a second ALC adjustment for 
rig #2.

in the manual.  My pro works fine with the amp and all is well, the 738 
appeared to be
fine and it is now married to the amp and follows bands tunes and all. However 
when i
activate the amp, my power is low and delayed with the 738.  Watching the 
output of the
738 is only 10 watts, and there is a delay of the power going into the pw1 (if 
I let it
set for 2 seconds, there is no delay).  When I turn the amp off, no problems, 
full 100
watts out.
