[Icom] Antenna Balun/IC-756PRO

I was running a loaded dipole with 450 ohm window line.  The tuner would 
not tune on 160 without puffing.  Tuned the rest of the bands OK.  BOught a 
stronger tuner with the PRO.  Now it tunes 160 OK but will not tune the 
higher part of 40 very well.  Same antenna system.
