Bill, fight for your money back on that one. I have purchased three radios
(incl both of my HF sets) thru Ebay and been very happy with them all. The
R71A is a gem as far as I'm concerned, with the service-noted loose
regulator board the only problem I've had. Pulls in things my buds get
with only their best equip and high towers.  Jack
