[Icom] PROII Factory Test Sheet

Just took delivery of a new PROII and was wondering if ICOM has dropped the
Factory Final Acceptance Data Sheet from the bag of documents? Only reason I
ask is, my IC-756PRO had this data sheet included with the manual and
schematics ( as have my previous radios). Did they miss this in my shipment
or have they dropped it altogether? Also, did you receive one with your PRO?
