[Icom] IC 746 display problem

The screen is black, like a light may be out??  I can still see=0D
numbers and letters on the screen if I'm right on top of it. I=0D
tried changing the "LCD Contrast and LCD Back Light", but=0D
no go. Any ideas ?=0D
