[Icom] ICOM Warranty Repair

Thanks to all who suggested repairs for my 706 with the flaky SO-239 
connector. After testing it with the best coax I could find fed to resonant 
antennas, I'm still having the problem with the sound cutting out when I 
fully attach the shield.

Now, my friend and I tried to remove the PCB holding the SO-239, but we 
have decided to send it in for warranty repair. My question: I live in PA 
and was wondering if anyone knows of any reputable local factory-authorized 
repair center somewhat around here? I hate to send the rig to the West 
Coast for probably a 30-minute repair.
