See if you can get some Copper screen, and fashion a cover out of it and put 
it around your computer, making sure that you get a good bond from the screen 
to the firewall or chassis wherever you computer is mounted.

One other thought -- if the noise is not associated with the engine, you 
might want to check the AXLE'S (wheel noise -- when moving).  Maybe a ground 
strap from the AXLE HOUSING to the frame and or directly to the negative 
terminal on the battery.
