Your statement of "It even effects radios within a radius of 50 feet!"=20
trigger a thought. If you go to the ARRL web-site and take a look at the=20
FCC enforcements, you'll find (1) the FCC is cracking down on noise & (2)=20
the rules and regs which justify it. I realize you're in Canada but the=20
regulatory body there might have similar regulations.
