[Icom] IC-756Pro II power off

I don't know the definitive answer, but since the rig is microprocessor
controlled, I would bet that using the power switch on the ProII results in
a normal, "orderly" shutdown, while turning off the power supply probably
does not. I would also rather not subject the rig to any possible power
spikes/glitches when the power supply is first turned on. Actually, I
haven't even tried any method other than using the ProII's power switch, nor
will I.
