[Icom] Icom V8000 user comments

A while back I asked for user comments on the V8000 but got very few replys
. I'll try again. Will someone tell me how the V8000 does in the real world?
Intermod, audio, other good or bad comments. The price has come down to a
more reasonable level and I am still waiting to hear from the "jury". The
power is nice but not so much an issue with me as the nice memory "banks"
the rig has and the weather scan. Thanks in advance, Rick.  K8DXN
